By using the services of Deep Visa & Immigration Services a (“us”, “we”, or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No affiliation with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
The personal information received by Deep Visa & Immigration Services is obtained through the Access to Information Act of Canada. Deep Visa & Immigration Services is not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other Canadian federal or provincial government agency.
Deep Visa & Immigration Services delivers to you the information received from IRCC without any alterations, adjustments, omissions, or modifications.

Handling of your personal data
Deep Visa & Immigration Services complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and your personal data/information is handled with the utmost care. As such:
• Deep Visa & Immigration Services deletes/destroys your personal information from its servers 30 days after delivering the paper and/or electronic files to you.
• Only one person at Deep Visa & Immigration Services has access of the consent form and the notes sent to you.
• Deep Visa & Immigration Services uses SSL/TLS end-to-end encryption.

Payment methods
Deep Visa & Immigration Services currently accepts credit/debit card payments from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and other payment options. Transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor used.
In case you cannot use any of the payment methods offered at Deep Visa & Immigration Services, we will do our best to provide an option that satisfies your needs.

Refunds
All transactions are non-refundable, including cases where the requested information is delayed or refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other Canadian federal or provincial government agency.
Deep Visa & Immigration Services may consider refunds, at our own discretion, only in cases where your payment has been processed, but you requested a refund before we filed the request with a federal or provincial agency.
No refund will be issued for upgrade offers (2nd set of GCMS Notes) if the request for the 1st set of GCMS Notes has been filed with IRCC.

Disputes
In case of dispute that arises out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to meet to pursue resolution through negotiation or other appropriate dispute resolution processes. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
